The fuel pressure regulator is located INSIDE the intake. If you notice when you look at the intake of your engine there are no visible fuel injectors, injector rails, or regulator. That is because they are all located inside the intake. The intake splits apart into 2 parts, an upper and lower half. Removing the upper half is required to change the regulator. Draining some coolant and depressurizing the fuel system is also required.
